ABOUT

ME

Change your mindset. Transform your life.

"Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it."

Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery

I'm a big believer that mindset can have a tremendous influence in our lives. Yes, it is hidden but it's amazing how this invisible force can radically shape our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and most of all our actions. By tapping into this well of potential in you, just imagine how much you can directly influence the way you carry yourself, react to different situations, interact with others and how you show up at work and in life. In other words, by being more aimful about how you show up, the more leader-like you become in all aspects of your life.

Throughout my career and my life, I've always been curious about the process of human learning and transformation. I'm always in awe of people who are able to transform themselves in small and big ways to lead more balanced and centered lives. No change is too small and even small tweaks you make in your habits can really pay-off in the long-term.

I'm a first generation American and migrated to New York City when I was a teenager. In college, I majored in psychology with the hopes of becoming a clinical psychologist. After working in a hospital for a few years, I wanted to explore other careers and became intrigued at the thought of working in a corporate setting. I decided to pursue a master's degree in social-organizational psychology and immersed myself in adult learning and organizational development. Since then, I've worked for over 12 years in many industries from healthcare, financial services, transportation, retail, utilities and technology. I've consulted with C-suite executives and front-line managers on the people side of change and transformation. I've also coached individuals, leaders and teams on a range of needs from leadership, career development, life transitions, and relationships. One of my strongest passions besides coaching is developing and delivering leadership programs that empowers and inspires.

My coaching approach is rooted in creating a mindset shift in order to make a meaningful behavioral change. Every individual learns differently so each coaching engagement is highly customized. We are all short on time so I hone in on heart of the the issue early on and I share practical tools that clients can apply right away. More importantly, I believe that learning is fun so I incorporate interactive activities and thought-provoking questions.
